Responsibilities: Working closely with the Workshop Manager. Assist Workshop Manager with organising jobs through the workshop. Assisting with pick up and drop off jobs, supplies, etc. Quality assurance and adherence to ensure that standards of quality are being Liaising between the production team and sales team as needed. Allocating components and raw materials to orders in a timely manner. Entering new job orders and repair jobs into the Tower system. Tracking and moving jobs through production stages, utilizing our Tower system. Helping to maintain production schedule as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Maintaining weekly and monthly records including job repair log, delivery reports, and other reports if needed. Liaising between the production team and sales team as needed. Keeping inventory organized physically as well as online. General Administrative tasks. Qualifications & Experience Experience with precious metals Experience with precious stones and diamonds Ability to work independently Attention to detail Be reliable and trustworthy Positive personality Be punctual and have a good work ethic Show initiative and be motivated Preferred: 2+ years experience in jewellery GS Diamonds offers: Competitive Salary on experience Central location in Sydney CBD Training
